Builder.ai Secures $250M in Series D Funding Led by Qatar Investment Authority

After signing a strategic collaboration with Microsoft, that will soon make its AI assistant called Natasha available to Teams users, Builder.ai, the AI-powered software development platform, has secured a substantial $250 million Series D funding round led by the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA).

Launched in 2016, Builder.ai was founded on the premise that everyone should be empowered to unlock their human potential. Today this means being able to build software and to be able to do more with less.

Builder.ai claims to lead the industry with its AI-powered software platform, enabling fast and cost-effective app development. The platform allows anyone with an idea to build an app (web or mobile) – faster and 70% more affordable.

Builder.ai has experienced impressive growth and recognition. With offices in the United Kingdom, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, and France, the company has attracted notable partnerships with major players like JP Morgan & Chase and Etisalat UAE.

This latest round brings Builder.ai's total funding to over $450 million, signifying strong investor confidence in the company's growth potential. Iconiq Capital, Jungle Ventures, and Insight Partners also participated in the funding round.
