[Habi,](https://habi.co/) a Colombia-based property technology company has raised $200 million in its Series C funding round and is now valued at over $1 billion, making it a unicorn. 

- Habi becomes the second unicorn in Colombia after [Rappi](https://www.rappi.com.br/), a delivery startup and the first in the proptech space in Latin America.
- The funding round comes after a 20x increase in income was recorded in 2021, the startup claims.
- The startup provides access to liquidity and information for low and middle-income consumers in the real estate industry in Colombia.
- The funding round was led by Homebrew and SoftBank Latin America Fund.
