[First Digital Trust,](https://1stdigital.com/) a digital asset unit of the Legacy Trust firm based in Hong Kong has raised $20 million in its Series A funding round from Nogle and Kenetic Capital. 

- The funds will be used to build its secondary markets for private equity and digital assets and enter into new markets including the British, Singaporean, and Canadian.
- First Digital Trust is a technology-led financial organization providing financial services in the digital asset industry.
- Legacy Trust, the Hong Kong-based firm is offering integrated financial planning solutions using multi-generational models.
