The Phone Link feature only works on a PC running Windows 10 and later, and an Android device running Android 8.0 or later.

### Step 1: On your Windows PC, go to the taskbar, type **Phone Link**, and open the Phone Link from the results.

### Step 2: Once the Phone Link opens, click on "Android"

### Step 3: The Phone Link app will give you a QR code to scan, open your Android phone camera and scan the code. This takes you to the Microsoft web App.

### Step 4: On your Phone, you'd be asked to authenticate the Signing in. Tap "Send Code2

### Step 5: A code will be sent to the Phone Link app on your laptop. Enter the code on your Android phone.

### Step 6: Once log-in has been confirmed, you'd be asked on your Mobile device to authorize actions the Phone Link can perform with your phone. Allow the ones you're comfortable with, and deny the permissions you do not want.

### Step 7: On the Phone Link app on your Laptop, click "Continue." A connection will be established between your Laptop and Phone.
