[Google](https://www.techloy.com/tag/google/) knows a lot about where you’ve been. Every time you check [Google Maps](https://www.techloy.com/tag/google-maps/), use navigation, or even have your phone in your pocket, Google logs your location in your "Timeline" as long as location is enabled in the settings. While this can be handy for remembering places you visited, it’s also a privacy concern.

Maybe you don’t want Google (or anyone who accesses your account) to have a record of your daily routines, travels, or frequent spots. Fortunately, you can always clear your location data by deleting your Google Location History.

In this guide, we will show you how to delete your Google location history.
