## How To Lock the WhatsApp app

### Step 1: Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner

### Step 2: Select "**Settings**"

### Step 3: Select '**Privacy**'

### Step 4: Scroll down a bit and then select 'App Lock'

### Step 5: Toggle on '**Unlock with biometric'**

### Step 6: After enabling it, you'll be able to choose how soon WhatsApp locks after you close it—**immediately**, **after 1 minute**, or **after 30 minutes**. (I chose “immediately”. Better safe than sorry.)
