[Celcius,](https://www.celcius.in/) an India-based cold chain marketplace startup has raised $4.5 million as part of its ongoing Series A funding round. 

- The funds will help the startup to develop its tech, sales and operations and expand to 500 cities this year.
- Celcius is a Mumbai-based cold chain solution provider for sectors like dairy, pharmacy, fresh produce, export fruits, seafood and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines.
- The startup plans to organize development programs to assist transporters across India.
- The funding was received from Mumbai angels, Supply Chain Labs, Endurance Capital, VCats, Keiretsu Forum, Huddle and Evan.
