[WebEngage,](https://webengage.com/) an India-based marketing automation platform has raised $20 million in its Series B funding round led by Singularity Growth Opportunities Fund and SWC Global, with participation from others. 

- The fund will be used to support its growth, the startup claims.
- WebEngage uses a full-stack retention OS to provide customer data, a personalization engine, omnichannel campaign management, and an analytics engine for businesses.
- The startup is growing at 100% year-on-year with current operations in India, MENA, and SEA regions.
- Indian Quotient, Blume Ventures, IAN Fund, and family offices like Unmaj Corporation, NB Ventures, Shashwat Nakrani, and Gopal Srinivasan participated in the round.
