[Shiprocket,](https://www.shiprocket.in/) an India-based shipping and fulfilment firm has acquired [Pickrr,](https://pickrr.com/) an e-commerce software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for D2C brands and SME e-tailers, in a deal of $200 million. 

- The deal comes in cash, stock and earn-out with Avendus Capital acting as the financial advisor to Shiprocket.
- Shiprocket offers automated shipping services using a single platform to manage orders and courier processes.
- Pickrr is a tech stack for managing delivery across cities in India.
