India-based [Sunshine Teahouse](www.chaayos.com) Pvt. Ltd. has raised $45 million in its Series C funding round led by Alpha Wave Capital. 

- The fund will help the firm to add to its product categories and better serve its customer base.
- The firm allocated 13,89,756 Series C preference shares to raise the fund.
- Founded in 2012, Sunshine Teahouse offers a chain of tea cafes in New Delhi, NCR, Mumbai, and Bengaluru at a total valuation of $250 million.
- Tiger Global, Elevation Capital, and Think Investments participated in the round.
