India's Sunshine Teahouse raises $45 million in a round led by Alpha Wave

India-based Sunshine Teahouse Pvt. Ltd. has raised $45 million in its Series C funding round led by Alpha Wave Capital.

  • The fund will help the firm to add to its product categories and better serve its customer base.
  • The firm allocated 13,89,756 Series C preference shares to raise the fund.
  • Founded in 2012, Sunshine Teahouse offers a chain of tea cafes in New Delhi, NCR, Mumbai, and Bengaluru at a total valuation of $250 million.
  • Tiger Global, Elevation Capital, and Think Investments participated in the round.
