Indonesian consumer insight offering startup Populix raises $7.7 million in funding

Populix, an Indonesia-based startup offering consumer-focused insights for businesses has raised $7.7 million in its Series A funding round led by Intudo Ventures and Acrew Capital.

  • The fund will be used to improve its data collection processes, build out new products and services for enterprises to make informed decisions, hire more tech talents, and expand across Southeast Asia.
  • Founded in 2018, Populix is a tech-led platform offering consumer insights to businesses, institutions, and individuals through qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • The startup has worked with over 1,500 clients including SMEs, governments, companies, and individuals, it claims.  
  • Altos Ventures and Quest Ventures participated in the round.
