KuCoin raises $10 million in new funding

Seychelles-headquartered crypto platform, KuCoin has raised $10 million in its new funding round from Susquehanna International Group (SIG).

  • The fund will be invested in scaling its platform infrastructure and improving its product stack including hiring new talents and expanding globally.
  • KuCoin is a centralized crypto exchange platform collaborating with SIG to incubate blockchain startups, as part of the deal in closing this round.
  • The crypto platform also aims to improve the KCS and KCC ecosystems with a focus on the social aspects, DAO infrastructure, and the 'decentralized communities.'
  • It last raised $150 million in May 2022 in a Jump Crypto-led round.
