Malaysian school rolls out robotics simulation software to elevate STEM education

A Malaysian school Sekolah Kebangsaan Port Dickson (SKPD) in the state of Negeri Sembilan has selected GoTechUp's robotic simulation software created by STEM education solutions provider, Tech Up Sdn. Bhd., for its virtual robotic learning program.

The GoTechUp robotics simulation software features a user-friendly interface that embodies self-learning concepts which help students to increase proficiency in programming and critical thinking skills through step-by-step lessons from Beginner all the way to Advanced modules.

SKPD has since implemented the GoTechUp software, involving more than 600 students from Standard 3 to 6 through a monthly program. In addition to this program, SKPD also plans to continue its smart collaboration with Tech Up and use products from Tech Up in the activities of the newly established Robotics Club in the school.

Founded in 2018, Tech Up has since grown into a gamified educational software developer with its primary virtual robotics software, GoTechUp. Besides Malaysia, it has also been used in countries like Australia, Chile, China, Colombia, France, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, the Philippines, and South Korea.
