[DD360,](https://dd360.mx/en) a proptech startup in Mexico has raised $25 million in funding from Creation Investments based in Chicago, to improve its products and operations.

- The proptech startup will use the funds to support the growth of its loans and the development of the products on its platform.
- DD360 is an online financing platform for real estate residential projects operating in Mexico.
- The startup has become profitable and currently has a loan portfolio of over $230 million, with investments in more than 120 real estate projects in the country.
- It has raised $91 million in funding since its launch.
