[JABU,](https://www.gojabu.com/) a Namibia-based e-commerce retail platform has secured $15 million in its Series A funding round led by Tiger Global. 

- JABU offers app-based services for merchants to order consumer goods and expect same-day delivery through its efficient distribution channel.
- The e-commerce company also provides sales metrics and agent performances for FMCGs brands on its app.
- With operations in Namibia, South Africa, and Zambia, JABU currently has over 6,000 merchants on its platforms with a 50% increase record, it claims.
- Box Group, Knollwood and D Global Ventures participated in the funding round.
