Singapore-based proptech 99 Group secures $52 million in Series C round

99 Group, a proptech startup based in Singapore has secured $52 million in its Series C funding round led by Gaw Capital Partners.

  • $37 million of the raise has been completed while the remaining $15 million will be closed in the coming months.
  • The firm will invest the funds in its markets in Singapore and Indonesia, in leading innovation in the real-estate space, research and development, and expand to new geographies in Southeast Asia.
  • 99 Group is a real estate technology company that operates real-estate portals across Southeast Asia, with a speciality in digital property advertising. It is currently operational in Singapore and Indonesia with over 350 employees.
  • The property company has 8xed its sales growth in the Q1 of 2019-2022 and 4xed its traffic to 30 million per month in the same phase.
