🇸🇬 Singaporean health tech startup raises $3.8 million in Series A

Smarter Health, a Singaporean-based startup that facilitates secure data exchanges between insurers, healthcare providers, and patients, says it has secured S$5.15 million SGD (about $3.8 million USD) in Series A funding led by East Ventures.

Currently operating in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, Smarter Health is looking to use the funds for product development and market expansion in Southeast Asia.

Smarter Health’s unified platform enables the use of data to guide decision-making for patients, improve the accuracy and speed of claims processing in the healthcare system, thus improving patient care and reducing administrative costs.
