[Meta](https://www.techloy.com/tag/meta/) encountered its second significant outage this year on Wednesday, with WhatsApp experiencing disruptions, alongside possible issues with Messenger and Instagram.

The outage, confirmed by WhatsApp through a social media update, affected numerous users globally, leaving them unable to send or receive messages. The messaging service has since been restored, although some users have raised concerns about the recurring event.
