On Wednesday, Google official unveiled the Pixel 10a, confirming its global and India launch will be February 18, 2026.

To build excitement, Google is offering an exclusive “Early Access” benefit for customers who sign up on the Google Store by February 13. Subscribers will receive an email on pre-order day with an offer that, when applied to a Pixel 10a purchase, unlocks a reward for a future order. Google didn’t clarify what the reward would look like. “Simply apply it with your Pixel 10a purchase to unlock a benefit for a future order,” it said.

In its official teaser, Google describes the new device as "the most durable Google Pixel A-Series yet” adding that it would give users “incredible photos with a tap” alongside deep integration with “Gemini as your built-in AI assistant.”

According to Evan Blass, who posts leaks of tech products and shared in December a Verizon certification for the Pixel 10a, the phone is expected to feature a 6.3-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 2,000 nits.

According to the screenshot posted by Blass, under the hood, the Pixel 10a is expected to be come with an 8GB of RAM and at least 128GB of storage.

The camera system remains a dual-lens setup, headlined by a 48MP main sensor and a 13MP ultra wide lens, while a 13MP front camera handles selfies. It is also expected to come with a 5,100mAh battery that supports 23W wired charging and wireless charging. The device is slated to ship with Android 16 and will benefit from Google’s standard promise of seven years of OS and security updates.

However, some fans have raised doubt on the credibility of Blass’s leak, highlighting the similarities between the Verizon certification for the Pixel 10a that he posted with the Pixel 9a.

The device is expected to launch in four colours: Obsidian, Fog, Lavender, and Berry.
