INFOGRAPHIC: Top Asian Startup Funding — Week 22, 2025
These are the funding deals we tracked in the Asian region this week — featuring Airwallex, Flipkart, Myntra, Polly Polymer, Snabbit, GridCARE, Slikk, Gprnt, and Every Half.
We tracked over $765 million in fresh funding this week in Asia’s startup ecosystem, led by a mix of fintech giants, commerce challengers, and AI-driven infrastructure players.
Topping the chart, Airwallex secured $300 million in Series F funding, including secondary share sales, pushing its valuation to $6.2 billion. With this raise, the Singapore-based fintech plans to deepen its payments stack and expand into Latin America, the Middle East, Japan, and Korea.
Not far behind, India's Flipkart added $262 million in internal funding from its Singapore-based parent company, Flipkart Marketplace Private Limited. The move supports its plans to restructure ahead of a blockbuster IPO reportedly valued between $60–$70 billion.
Meanwhile, its fashion subsidiary Myntra received $125 million in funding to boost its quick-commerce play and defend market share against new rivals like Shein, which recently re-entered India.
In China, advanced materials startup Polly Polymer raised $28 million in Series B funding to accelerate its AI-enabled 3D printing capabilities and expand its production infrastructure.

India’s fast-service platform Snabbit followed with a $19 million Series B, less than six months after its last round. The fresh capital will help it scale to 200+ micro-markets across Mumbai and Bengaluru.
Back in Singapore, GridCARE closed a $13.5 million seed round led by Xora to help AI data center developers access underutilized grid power, potentially shrinking build timelines from years to months.
In fashion quick commerce, Slikk raised $10 million in Series A funding to expand its 60-minute delivery service into more categories and Indian cities.
On the ESG front, Singapore's Gprnt secured $4.62 million in seed funding from Ant International and MUFG to scale its sustainability data platform and grow its partner ecosystem across Asia.
Rounding out the week, Vietnamese specialty coffee chain Every Half picked up $3 million in pre-Series A funding to grow its store network and test e-commerce exports to North America.
From infrastructure plays to lifestyle bets, this week’s rounds show investors doubling down on startups that blend speed, scale, and local execution.
