Medialister is expanding the role of AI in media buying by launching a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that enables AI assistants to interact directly with its editorial ads marketplace.

The MCP server enables AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to search publisher listings, organize media placements, and manage campaign workflows through natural language prompts.

Marketers can use AI assistants to identify publisher opportunities with filters such as pricing, geography, audience characteristics, and SEO metrics like domain authority and organic traffic.

The system also allows AI agents to create bookmark folders, manage campaign carts, and review account information within the Medialister platform.

The integration reflects a broader trend toward AI-native marketing infrastructure, where software platforms expose operational tools to AI systems rather than relying solely on traditional user interfaces.

Medialister founder Alexander Storozhuk said the company is positioning its marketplace for a future where AI agents help marketers plan and execute guaranteed media campaigns.

The MCP server is cloud-hosted and accessible through a remote endpoint supported by multiple AI platforms.
