Yesterday, Motorola unveiled a fleet of new-generation budget phones from its Moto G line, including the Moto G77, G67, G17, and G17 Power. This new Moto G range is designed to bring high-end durability and AI-driven features to the mid-range phone market.
Here’s what we know about them.
Moto G77
The Moto G77 is the first in the “Moto G” family to feature a 108MP main camera equipped with 3x lossless zoom, specifically targeting users who prioritise high-detail photography. For display, the phone comes with a 6.8-inch "Extreme AMOLED" display that offers a 120Hz refresh rate and five times the brightness of previous models for better outdoor visibility.

The device runs on a MediaTek’s Dimensity 6400 chipset and 8GB of RAM, which ensures smooth multitasking and efficient power management. Beyond raw speed, the G77 is built to survive the elements with MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability, Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, and an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.
All of these features are backed by a long-lasting 5200mAh battery that supports TurboPower™ 30W charging for quick top-ups on the go.
Moto G67
The Moto G67 mirrors the premium build of the G77 and balances its performance with a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor paired with 4GB of RAM for efficient everyday use. For photography, it features a 50MP Sony LYTIA™ 600 sensor, which uses Quad Pixel technology to prioritise vibrant colour and clarity during low-light shooting.

The device features the same impressive 6.8-inch Extreme AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring that scrolling and transitions remain smooth and visible even in bright environments. It doesn't compromise on toughness, either, featuring MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i to handle extreme temperatures and accidental drops.
Rounding out the package is also a 5200mAh battery with TurboPower™ 30W charging and dual stereo speakers that deliver a significantly louder, more immersive Dolby Atmos® audio experience.
Moto G17 and Moto G17 Power
Also in the Moto G series are the Moto G17 and G17 Power, which focus on utility and power. The G17 features a large 6000mAh battery and a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chip. For its display, it houses a 6.7-inch FHD+ display supporting a 90Hz refresh rate. It features a 50MP main camera that uses Moto AI for intelligent scene detection and clear shots.

The G17 comes with a 5000mAh battery and has the same features and specs as the G17 Power. Both devices come with Dolby Atmos® stereo speakers, and they are dust and water-resistant.
All four devices run on Motorola’s new Hello UX and come pre-loaded with Google’s smartest tools, including Circle to Search and Gemini AI, allowing users to manage tasks through voice or text effortlessly.
The new Moto G family is rolling out today in select EMEA markets, with the G77 and G67 expected to retail at €219 ($262) and €269 ($322). The Moto G17 Power starts at €199($238), followed by the standard Moto G17 at an entry price of €179 ($214).
