The massive email storage downsize
Your 1TB inbox is now a 20GB teaser.
Remember when Yahoo Mail was the go-to email option, especially if you wanted an inbox with an abundance of storage space of up to 1TB?
Now, not anymore. If you've still got a Yahoo email account, free email storage is now a mere 20 GB of space. And if you ever need to go above that new limit, just say goodbye to sending and receiving emails until you either delete a ton of old stuff or level up with a subscription.
For most people, the change may mean switching to a different email service. But with Gmail and Outlook offering 15 GB of storage space, the choice isn't as simple as it once was. And if you're an Apple user, iCloud Mail still offers a meager 5 GB of free storage. Finally, the days of hoarding digital junk and those questionable newsletters from 2005 are over.
Until the next one,
