Terms of Service
1. Subscriptions
A subscription allows you to receive the subscription content from the Service, such as articles, exclusive content, or promotional content, through email or via the Website. To subscribe, you may be required to provide certain information, such as your email address and name.
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web pages and the quality of our service and is never shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or if it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
The content delivered through the subscription is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the content without the express written permission of the Service. You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time by following the instructions included in each email you receive.
2. Payment terms
2.1 Subscribers
The Service accepts credit and debit cards through Stripe and will automatically charge your card for all applicable fees on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on which account you select, until you or we cancel your account. The account fee will be billed when you become a member and each month or year (depending on which account you select) thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. Account charges are fully earned upon payment and there are no refunds or credits for partially used months or years, as applicable. If any fee is not paid in a timely manner, or the Company is unable to process your transaction using the credit card information provided, the Company reserves the right to revoke access to your account on the Service.
All information that you provide in connection with a monetary transaction through the Service must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction through the Service at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any monetary transactions.
If you want to use a different credit or debit card or if there is a change in your credit or debit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your information by accessing your account setting page. If your credit or debit card reaches its expiration date, your continued use of the Service constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that credit or debit card and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and payment information current and updated.
2.2 Advertisers & Partners
The Service accepts payment via PayPal, Payoneer or bank transfer. All fees are discounted, non-negotiable, and non-refundable. All payments must be made before content is published on the Website within ten (10) days from the invoice date.
You will receive a reminder three (3) days before the invoice due date. To avoid paying a late payment fee of 5% of the agreed-upon publication fee, ensure that you make this payment before the due date.
A late fee of 5% of the agreed-upon publication fee will be applied as a line item on the invoice, if the invoice is unpaid one (1) day after the invoice due date, so carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. The Service operates a no refunds policy after the order has been processed and delivered.
3. Refunds policy
You may cancel your account on the Service at any time. However, there are no refunds for cancellation; if you cancel before the end of your billing cycle you have access to your account on the Service for the remainder of the billing cycle. In the event that the Service suspends or terminates your account or this Agreement for your breach of this Agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.
A no refunds policy also applies to advertisers and partners using the Service to promote their products, brands, or clients, once the order has been delivered. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final on the Service. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through the Website, after the order has been processed, fulfilled or delivered.
4. Cancellations
4.1 Subscribers
Your free subscription on the Website will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your account, or the Service cancels it after 90 days of member inactivity. Paying subscribers must cancel their account before it renews each month or year (depending on which account they select) to avoid billing of the next month’s/year’s fees to their credit or debit card. The Service will bill the monthly/yearly fees associated with your account plus any applicable tax to the credit or debit card you provide to us during registration (or to a different credit or debit card if you change your account information).
4.2 Advertisers/Partners
The Service may accept the cancellation of an order only before an invoice has been issued to the client. However, if a client chooses to cancel the publication of their content (after an invoice has been issued) and before it has been published on the Website, a cancellation fee of 25% of the agreed-upon publication fee will be applied as a line item on a new invoice. This fee covers administrative costs and resources allocated to the preparation and scheduling of the content.
Once content has been published on the Website, and is considered live and accessible to our audience, no refunds or cancellations are possible after publication. If a client wishes to have content removed after publication, this will be at our sole discretion and may incur additional fees.
4.3 Our Right to Cancel or Refuse Publication
The Service reserves the right to refuse or cancel the publication of any content at our discretion, even after it has been submitted, if it does not meet our editorial standards, violates our content guidelines, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
In such cases, if the refusal or cancellation is initiated by the Service prior to publication, the client will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid for that specific content.
Where an invoice is overdue for more than five (5) days, the Service will cancel it and may include a 5% late fee in a new invoice for the same order if the client requests a new invoice.
4.4 Payment of Cancellation Fees
The client will be invoiced any applicable cancellation fees, payable within 5 days of the invoice date. A late fee of 5% of the cancellation fee will be applied if the invoice is unpaid after the due date. Exceptions to this policy may be made in extraordinary circumstances, at our sole discretion.
4.5 Request for changes to publication
Any requests for changes or amendments to a publication submitted by the Client after a period of twenty-four (24) hours from the initial publication time will be subject to a minimum administrative fee of $20. The final fee charged could be up to $50 or equal to the cost of half of the publication fee and may depend on the changes requested by the Client. The fee must be paid in full before any changes are made.
The Service reserves the right to decline change requests if they are deemed technically unfeasible, infringe upon third-party rights, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. The Service does not guarantee that all requested changes will be accommodated.
5. Changes to the Terms of Service
The Company may, at its sole discretion, modify or update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect the changes in our business and practices, so you should review this page periodically. When we change the policy in a material manner, we will let you know and update the ‘last modified' date at the bottom of this page. The Service may enable special offers for certain eligible groups. If you qualify and subscribe through a special offer, you will be billed at the advertised special rate for one year and automatically renewed at the regular rate after that.
6. Disclosure
Techloy may publish content from content partners that are related to gambling, crypto trading, stocks, gaming, and cryptocurrency, etc. The content provided is solely intended for educational and informational purposes only, and does not constitute advice.
