Digital Realty, the largest global provider of cloud- and carrier-neutral data centre, colocation, and interconnection solutions with more than 280 facilities in 24 countries on six continents, has announced its acquisition of South Africa-based carrier-neutral colocation provider, Teraco in a deal that will value Teraco at around $3.5 billion.
