Animoca Brands, a gaming investment firm based in Hong Kong has acquired TinyTap, an edtech firm based in Israel for $38.88 million, combining cash and shares.
- Animoca Brands holds an 84.1% stake in the TinyTap with the acquisition.
- TinyTap, a user-generated content edtech firm will now be used to create educational blockchain-related content.
- Animoca earlier raised $360 million at a $5.5 billion valuation this year.
