Fallout 4 Is Getting a 10th Anniversary Edition — Just in Time for the TV Show
Bethesda is bringing Fallout 4 back with a refreshed edition packed with extras
Bethesda is giving Fallout 4 a well-deserved birthday gift, a full revival to mark its 10th anniversary. And honestly, the timing couldn’t be better. With the TV show making its big return, it feels like Bethesda knew exactly when to pull fans back into the wasteland.
On November 10th, Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition will launch on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox consoles, bundling the base game, all six official expansions, and over 150 pieces of Creation Club content. That includes everything from new gameplay tweaks to the ability to swap Dogmeat’s breed, plus a new Creations hub where players can easily browse and install mods.

It’s a hefty celebration for one of Bethesda’s most enduring open-world RPGs, and it lands just a month before Season 2 of Prime Video’s Fallout arrives on December 17th giving fans plenty of time to revisit the wasteland before diving back into the TV universe. Bethesda also confirmed that the Anniversary Edition will make its way to the Nintendo Switch 2 sometime next year, marking one of the first major third-party titles teased for the new console.
The company used its annual Fallout Day broadcast to share even more franchise updates, including new content for Fallout Shelter and Fallout 76. And while Todd Howard didn’t spill details, he closed with a tease that more Fallout projects are already in the works though fans will have to wait a bit longer to find out what’s next.
The Takeaway
With a polished re-release and a hit TV show fueling fan excitement, Fallout 4 is stepping back into the spotlight at the perfect moment. Bethesda isn’t just celebrating a milestone it’s reminding players that the wasteland still has plenty of life left in it. The only question now is: how long until we finally hear about Fallout 5?
