FAARMS, an agritech startup offering a digital marketplace for farm enterprises in India has raised $10 million in its new funding round led by a clutch of investors including Dr. Cornelius Boersch, Koh Boon Hwee, Apoorva Ranja Sharma, and Ramit Mittal.

  • The capital will be used to expand the startup's presence across India and scale its supply and distribution channels, technology stack, and hiring.
  • FAARMS offers agricultural products online including seeds, fertilizers, and cattle feed among others and also provides doorstep delivery of its products.
  • It recently partnered with Bharat BillPay to enable farmers to pay for utilities and order agricultural products.
  • It last raised $2 million in the previous year.
