Great Learning, an arm of the Byju's group based in India has acquired Northwest Executive Education company in Singapore for a cash-stock deal worth $100 million.

  • Great Learning is an Edtech platform providing blended teaching and learning for over 4 million professionals and higher education students in more than 170 countries, with a partnership with Stanford Executive Education, MIT professional education, the University of Texas at Austin, NUS, IIT madras and Bombay among others.
  • Northwest Executive Education is a platform providing curriculum-paced teaching to current impact and global leaders across industries and organizations.
  • Launched in 2015, Byju is an Indian company that offers personalized learning for students and prepares candidates for competitive exams like JEE and IAS. The company has generated 3.5 million paid subscriptions from its 50 million registered users, it claims.
