I've been waiting for Kingdom Hearts 4 to finally give us something substantial to talk about beyond its first trailer, so seeing a leak this large surface is both exciting and frustrating.
According to the leaked information, Steam appears to have exposed achievement data for Kingdom Hearts 4 alongside a larger batch of unreleased games. If the information is legitimate, we may now have our clearest look yet at what Sora's next adventure could include.
The leak points to new worlds, side activities, crafting, Gummi routes, multiplayer features, and potentially Star Wars.
That last one is obviously going to get most of the attention.
If you'd rather experience Kingdom Hearts 4 without spoilers, consider this your warning.

The leaked achievement list reportedly references several locations, including:
- Quadratum
- Scala Ad Caelum
- Underworld — Hercules
- Galaxy Far, Far Away — Star Wars
- Toy Box
- Haunted Mansion
- Monochrome Origins
- Savanna Central — Zootopia
- Land of the Dead — Coco
- Imagineer Planet
Some of these are easier to figure out than others.
Toy Box and the Underworld have obvious connections to Toy Story and Hercules, while Savanna Central appears to point toward Zootopia. Land of the Dead, meanwhile, sounds like a clear reference to Coco.
Imagineer Planet is the real mystery.
But the biggest entry on this list is undoubtedly Galaxy Far, Far Away.
What is the Connection of Kingdom Hearts 4 and Star Wars
The Star Wars connection isn't exactly a new theory.
Fans have been speculating about it since Kingdom Hearts 4 was first revealed, particularly because of the forest shown in the original trailer. Some fans believed the environment looked suspiciously similar to locations from Star Wars, although there was never any official confirmation.
Now, the leaked achievements appear to give that theory some serious weight.
One achievement is reportedly called "Desert Do-Gooder" and requires players to complete every request in the "Galaxy Far, Far Away." Another is reportedly titled "May the Light Be with You."
As a gaming writer, I'm always careful with leaks because development plans can change. But if these achievement descriptions are genuine and still reflect the final game, it's difficult to interpret them as anything other than a Star Wars tease.
And honestly, seeing Sora interact with the Star Wars universe would be one of the wildest crossovers Kingdom Hearts has attempted.

Kingdom Hearts 4 Could Expand Its RPG Systems
The leak also suggests that Kingdom Hearts 4 could offer more than the traditional hack-and-slash combat the series is known for.
Several achievements reportedly involve equipment, crafting and progression. There's an achievement for obtaining the Ultima Weapon Keyblade, another for collecting every piece of equipment, and one for obtaining maximum-rarity equipment.
