Startups across Latin America raised a combined $22.66M this week, based on disclosed funding rounds, with investor capital flowing primarily into healthtech, deeptech, and fintech. Early-stage funding also reached startups building AI, cybersecurity, travel, and business automation solutions across the region.

Here are the biggest disclosed startup funding rounds across Latin America this week.
/1. Konko AI, $6M, Healthtech, Costa Rica
Konko AI is an artificial intelligence platform that helps healthcare institutions manage patient journeys, automating tasks such as patient messaging, triage, appointment scheduling, and follow-up care. The company currently manages more than two million patient interactions across 90 healthcare institutions and 60 medical specialties.
The company raised $6 million in a funding round led by Hi Ventures, with participation from LifeX Ventures, SquareOne Capital, GroundUp Ventures, Phoenix Fund, and angel investors. The funding will support product development and expansion across Latin America, including Mexico, Colombia, and Costa Rica.
/2. Doroth, $4.5M (R$23M), Deeptech (Microfluidics), Brazil
Doroth is a Brazilian deeptech company developing lab-on-a-chip platforms for molecular diagnostics. Its technology combines microfluidics, molecular biology, automation, electronics, optics, and software to enable faster diagnostic testing outside conventional laboratories.
The company raised $4.5 million (R$23 million) in a round led by Loccus, with additional support from Finep and Fapesp. The funding will support research, development, and the construction of what the company describes as Latin America's first microfluidic chip manufacturing plant, with planned capacity of up to four million chips annually.
/3. Bull, $3.9M (R$20M), Fintech, Brazil
Bull is a Brazilian credit-as-a-service platform that enables companies to launch and operate credit products without building the underlying infrastructure and operations themselves. Its platform covers areas including credit decisioning, customer service, collections, reconciliation, and funding connections.
The company raised $3.9 million (R$20 million) in a seed round led by Maya and Caravela, with participation from Canary. The funding will support artificial intelligence, data infrastructure, cybersecurity, process automation, and the development of additional credit products as Bull expands its client base.
