A Day Built Around Practical Outcomes
The programme is designed around practical outcomes, including hands-on workshops addressing real career and business challenges, keynote sessions from Nigerian and diaspora experts, and panel discussions that bring international perspectives into the Lagos conversation.
Attendees can also explore the Global Opportunities Showcase, where recruiters and partners connect with talent, while the event's awards ceremony will recognise individuals and organisations making an impact across technology, business and the creative industries. The day concludes with an Awards and After Party, combining recognition with networking and entertainment.
One of the event's flagship initiatives is the Limitless Launchpad Lagos, a founder-focused programme offering a ₦5 million prize package. A Speaker Lineup Shaping the Future of Work, Innovation and Entrepreneurship
LWB Lagos 2026 will feature founders, executives, investors, HR leaders, creators and innovators whose work is shaping Africa's business and technology landscape. Rather than focusing on theory, speakers will share practical lessons from building companies, scaling careers, attracting investment, leading teams and navigating global opportunities.
In the Future of Work and People Leadership track, attendees will hear from Aderonke Salami, Founder of Ìtùnú Africa and an HR consultant with more than 15 years of experience building high-performing workplaces across Africa. Joining her is William (Bill) Nwogbo, Co-founder and CEO of ProDevs, whose company helps organisations access Africa's growing technology talent through workforce infrastructure and HR technology.
Also taking the stage is Emmanuel Faith, Founder of HR Clinic and a four-time TEDx speaker, who will share perspectives on leadership, workplace culture and building people-first organisations, drawing from his experience at high-growth fintech companies including Africhange and Cowrywise.
The Creator Economy and Global Opportunities sessions will feature Salem King, Co-founder of Crea8torium, alongside Alex Godber, Investment and Visa Endorsement Manager at Envestors. Together, they'll explore creator businesses, international expansion, investment readiness and the UK's Innovator Founder Visa programme.
For founders and business leaders, Richard Chukwu, Founder of Voceti, will share lessons from supporting the digital transformation of more than 5,000 professionals and small businesses across Africa. He'll be joined by Nancy Amaku, Founder and CEO of Chef Nahnah Foods & Confectionery Ltd, and Motunrayo Akinjo, Managing Director of Angularis Capital Limited, who will discuss funding readiness, access to finance, and sustainable business growth.
The programme also includes Esohe Igbinoba, Director of Programs and Partnerships at Businessfront Inc., who will share insights from more than a decade of supporting venture growth and strategic partnerships across the innovation ecosystem.
Celebrating the intersection of creativity and leadership is Victory Ashaka, the multi-award-winning spoken word artist and European Union Youth Advisor, whose work continues to inspire young Africans through creativity and social impact.
Guiding attendees through the day will be Dafe Richards, a marketing professional with experience across startups and enterprise organisations, alongside Grace Emelahor, an event host, moderator and voice-over artist.
