As of January 2026, Nintendo’s release calendar is already taking clear shape, and it’s an unusually busy one.
With the Switch 2 now officially available and new titles being confirmed regularly, Nintendo is entering the year with a mix of upgraded classics, long-running franchises, and brand-new experiences. Rather than a slow build-up, the company appears to be front-loading its schedule, giving Switch 2 owners plenty to play early on.
Below is everything currently confirmed for the Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026, including games with locked release dates, titles with release windows, and projects that are still expected later in the year. As always, dates remain subject to change.
