Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration: Release Date, Products, and Everything Included

The Pokémon Company has now revealed the full lineup of products for Pokémon Trading Card Game: 30th Celebration, giving collectors their clearest look yet at one of the franchise's biggest anniversary releases.

Launching on September 16, 2026, the special expansion celebrates 30 years of the Pokémon TCG with nostalgic reprints, premium collector products, brand-new illustration rare cards, and the debut of a new Futuristic Rare rarity.

Rather than releasing everything at once, The Pokémon Company will spread the anniversary celebration across four launch waves running from September through November, giving collectors multiple opportunities to expand their collections.

The 30th Celebration expansion blends the game's history with new collectible cards designed for both longtime fans and newer players.

Some of the biggest highlights include:

• 30 Classic Collection reprint cards celebrating iconic moments from Pokémon TCG history.
• 30 unique Pikachu illustration cards, with one included in every booster pack.
• A new Futuristic Rare rarity featuring artwork by YOSHIROTTEN.
• Illustration Rare and Special Illustration Rare cards.
• Five foil cards in every booster pack.
• One foil Basic Energy card in every booster pack.
• More than 160 cards featured across the expansion.

Every booster pack has been designed to feel like a premium opening experience, making the anniversary set one of the franchise's most collectible releases yet.
