Saudi's Revival Lab launches $40 million fintech-focused VC builder and fund

Saudi-based Revival Lab has announced the launch of its venture builder, Fin-tactics Ventures, at the World Fintech Show conference.

Fin-tactics Ventures is the first venture builder specialising in fintech, insurance and regulatory technologies in the MENA region.

It is supported by $40 million in venture capital, approved by the Capital Market Authority and managed by Arbah Capital. Fin-tactics Ventures will invest in promising opportunities in the sector in the Kingdom, the Middle East and the rest of the world.

As part of the launch, Revival Lab also announced partnerships with Aion Digital and Bitfy Holdings to provide blockchain services and fintech solutions.

In light of this partnership with Aion Digital, a joint venture (Lizam) was announced to create an integrated digital experience that is compatible with customer requirements and achieve the necessary flexibility by providing the service (RegTech-as-a-Service) with all the capabilities required for digital onboarding, eKYC, and compliance.

While the partnership with Bitfy Holdings will enable it to provide blockchain services and accelerate the adoption of its specialised technologies in the financial and non-financial sectors in Saudi Arabia.
