tinyBuild Connect 2026 delivered a packed look at what the publisher has planned for the coming months, with new games, release dates, gameplay reveals, and updates across its lineup.
Kingmakers was the biggest highlight, with tinyBuild showing more than 10 minutes of new gameplay from the medieval action-strategy game and confirming that another playtest is coming soon. The showcase also gave viewers plenty of other games to look forward to.
Among the announcements were two new titles, The Crab is Walking and Road to Jukai, along with release dates for Graveyard Keeper 2, Probably Stolen, and Hull Rupture. tinyBuild also shared fresh updates and footage for several games already in development.
Kingmakers Gets a 10-Minute Gameplay Deep Dive
Kingmakers received the most substantial look of the showcase, with more than 10 minutes of new gameplay showing how its strange combination of medieval warfare, third-person action and real-time strategy comes together.
The game takes place in 1403, where players are sent back in time to help Owain Glyndŵr's Welsh rebellion. The twist is that you're not exactly arriving with medieval weaponry. Guns, vehicles and air support can all be used alongside medieval armies, while players can also command troops, attack castles, establish outposts and defend territory. The campaign supports solo play as well as four-player co-op.
There still isn't an early access release date, but another Steam playtest is coming, with registrations now open.
