The top 5 global PC vendors experienced a slowdown in PC unit shipments year-on-year in 2022 according to preliminary results released by the International Data Corporation (IDC).
Apple was the only PC company in the top 5 that recorded a marginal increase in PC shipment in 2022, as weakened consumer demand, supply chain problems, and other macroeconomic factors impacted the production and shipment of PCs globally.
