The 5G network revolution is a guarantee of a higher internet speed and exposure to new opportunities that can be leveraged in the coming years. It is certainly an evolving technology that is beginning to gain access to the market and as a result, it is a go-to with access to quite many new mobile devices in the market.

Most digital creators use their smartphones for content creation, distribution and marketing, but are sometimes hindered by the compatibility between their network providers and mobile devices.

Oftentimes, the mobile devices used by these creators are restricted to either the 3G or 4G networks. This means a subservient network, less quality and reduced productivity.

We curated a list of 10 quality phones with access to the 5G network. This list contains a few specifications of the device as well as their price range in the market.

1. Infinix Note 12 Pro

Launched in July 2022, the Infinix Note 12 Pro runs on Android 12 and is powered by a MediaTek MT6833P Dimensity 810 (6nm) processor. It has a good widescreen which delivers a 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution.

For creators who take lots of pictures and videos, its 108MP camera and supporting 2MP cameras are good for you. It also features a 16MP selfie camera in front; as it has a 5000 mAh non-removable battery. It currently sells at ₦195,000 in Nigerian retail markets.

2. Xiaomi Poco M4 Pro

The Xiamoi Poco M4 Pro is of the production by Xiaomi. The mobile device comes with a 6.60” IPS LCD screen which delivers a 1080 x 2400 resolution. It is also powered by 5000 mAh with optimal support of 33W for fast charging. It has a 50MP camera and accompanying 8MP ultra-wide camera while having a 16MP selfie camera.

Its memory space varies between 128GB 6GB RAM and 64GB 4GM RAM, as it runs on Android 11, MIUI 12.5 with a process of MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G (6mn). It is sold for ₦125,000.

3. OPPO A74

Breaking into the market and 5G technology is the OPPO A74 phone. It has a memory space of 128GB 6GB.

It comes with Android 11 OS, 6.5 inches LTPS IPS LCD 90 Hz Display, Snapdragon 480 5G Chipset, Quad (48MP + 8MP +2MP + 2MP), and Rear and 16MP cameras. It has a 5000 mAh non-removable battery and an 18W fast-charging feature. It is currently sold at ₦150,000.

4. Samsung Galaxy A22

Samsung has been one of the biggest mobile companies in the world and its production of the Samsung Galaxy has stamped its place in the 5G technological space.

The Samsung Galaxy A22 has a variety of memory space - 64GB/4GB RAM, 128GB/4GB RAM, and 128GB/6GB RAM. It has a 6,60 TFT screen at 080x2400px resolution. It has the Android 11 OS and it can be upgraded to Android 13. The Samsung Galaxy A22 is currently sold at ₦145,000.

5. TECNO Pova

Launched in 2020, the TECNO Pova is one of the finest 5G phones. It has a 6000 mAh in-built battery, 50 megapixels triple AI camera and makes use of dual sim (using a nano-sim and dual standby). It is currently sold at ₦155,000.

6. Nokia X20

The Nokia X20 mobile phone features a single sim (with options of a Nano-SIM or Hybrid Dual SIM). It has a display size of 6.67 inches with an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that is a resolution of 1080x2400. It also has the features of a Fingerprint (side-mounted to unlock the device), accelerator, gyro and proximity. It is currently sold at ₦165,500.

7. Redmi Note 11S

The Redmi Note 11S is one of the mobile devices under the Redmi series.  It has a gorilla screen, fast charging, Android 11/MIUI OS, normal contrast ratio, 13MP selfie camera and is currently on sale for ₦175,500.

8. Tecno Camon 19 Pro

The Tecno Camon 19 Pro entered the market in June 2022 and it is one of the mobile devices with excellent access to the 5G network. It has two variants in regards to its space, as it varies between 128GB/8GB and 256GB/8GB.
It has a triple camera and a 16HDR camera for selfies. Its OS is Android 12, HIOS 8.6 and it is currently sold for ₦245,500.

9. Nokia G60

Despite its outlook being a mid-range mobile device, Nokia G60 has an array of features.

Its OS is Andriod 12, with a 6.58-inch display screen, a 20:9 ratio resolution and a corning gorilla glass to protect the screen. It also supports USB Type-C 2.0 charging and it is being currently sold for ₦235,500.

10. Samsung Galaxy M33

Released in April 2022, the Samsung Galaxy M33 comes with a 5nm processor and expandable internal storage (despite the 128GB/6GB or 128GB/8GB).

It has a TFT LCD screen, Android 12 OS, a 2MP macro camera and an 8MP camera for selfies. It is currently sold at ₦190,500.
