EA FC 27 is almost here, and there are several dates to keep track of before the new football season officially begins.
The full game launches on September 25, 2026, but you don't necessarily have to wait until then to start playing. Players who own the Ultimate Edition or Ultimate Plus Edition can get into the game up to seven days early, while EA Play Pro members on PC also receive the full game during early access.
And if you're mainly interested in Ultimate Team, the wait is even shorter. The EA FC 27 Web App launches today, September 16, giving returning players a chance to start managing their Ultimate Team before the game itself opens.

When Does EA FC 27 Come Out?
The official EA FC 27 release date is September 25, 2026.
That's when the Standard Edition becomes available on PlayStation, Xbox, PC, and Nintendo Switch platforms. On consoles, the Standard Edition unlocks at 12 a.m. local time on September 25. On PC, the game becomes available at 11 p.m. UTC on September 24, which means players in Nigeria can start playing at midnight on September 25.
So, if you're buying the Standard Edition, September 25 is the date you need to remember. But there's an earlier way into the game.
When Does EA FC 27 Early Access Start?
EA FC 27 early access begins on September 18, giving eligible players a full week with the game before the standard release.
If you own the Ultimate Edition or Ultimate Plus Edition on PC, you can start playing at 11 p.m. UTC on September 17. For players in Nigeria, that's 12 a.m. WAT on September 18. Players in the UK can also start at midnight on September 18, while those on the US East Coast can begin at 7 p.m. EDT on September 17.
On PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch, Ultimate Edition and Ultimate Plus Edition players can start playing from 12 a.m. local time on September 18.
EA Play Pro members on PC get the full game from September 17 at 11 p.m. UTC, alongside Ultimate Edition players. EA Play members can also access a 10-hour trial of FC 27 starting September 18 at 4 a.m. UTC, or 5 a.m. WAT in Nigeria.
For most players, the important dates are straightforward: September 18 for early access and September 25 for the full release. PC players get their early-access unlock at 11 p.m. UTC on September 17, which translates to midnight on September 18 in Nigeria.
When Does the EA FC 27 Web App Come Out?
If you're more interested in Ultimate Team than actually playing matches, the EA FC 27 Web App launches today, September 16, at 5 p.m. UTC.
For players in Nigeria, that is 6 p.m. WAT.
