Here's everything we know about the Nothing Phone 3
A North American debut. A built-in AI assistant. And a comeback that might just be smarter than flashy.
The last time Nothing launched a proper flagship was almost two years ago. Since then, we’ve had a few budget detours like the Phone 2a, 3a, and a bunch of limited drops, but now, it looks like the main event is finally near.
The Nothing Phone 3 is officially dropping in July 2025, and this time, it’s not just coming to Europe and India. It’s heading to the U.S. and Canada too — a first for the brand.
CEO Carl Pei has already teased that this one will “do things differently,” and from early signs, he might actually mean it. Instead of obsessing over hardware specs, the Phone 3 is expected to lean into AI, not in a gimmicky way, but something that could change how Android feels day to day.

One demo showed a slick new home screen that ditches the traditional app grid for something smarter, more dynamic, maybe even conversational.
As for the hardware, we’re still in leak territory, but early details point to a 6.7-inch OLED, 120Hz refresh rate, 5,000mAh battery, and a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip — a capable processor should be able to handle on-device AI features.

Design-wise, though, Nothing may be pulling back on the flashy Glyph lighting system that’s defined the lineup since day one. While some version of the Glyph might stick around, Pei has hinted that it’s time to “move on,” suggesting a change toward something more refined or minimal.
Oh, and for anyone wondering, wireless charging is likely still here, and the camera setup will probably stick to a dual system (maybe a 50MP main sensor again). Nothing wild, but enough to get the job done if they’ve improved the tuning.
Pricing hasn’t leaked yet but expect something in the $799–$899 (~₤590-₤660/₹68,500-₹77,100) range. In classic Nothing fashion, it seems they’re trying to hit that sweet spot between flashy flagship and solid mid-ranger.
If the AI stuff actually works and the price stays grounded, the Phone 3 could be Nothing’s most interesting release yet. And with a North American launch in the mix, it’s about time more people got to try one.
