Vivriti Capital, an India-based mid-market lending startup has raised $30 million from TVS Capital's arm, TVS Shriram Growth Fund 3, a private equity fund.

  • The funding comes as the startup's Series C round extension where it had earlier raised $55 million from Lightrock and Creation Investments.
  • The funding will be used to improve relationships with clients and invest in technology and product development, the firm claims.
  • The funds will be allocated between Vivriti Capital and Vivriti Asset Management, a subsidiary that deals in close-ended debt funds investing in mid-sized corporates.
