  • GOAT acquires and scales D2C brands focusing its expertise on fashion, beauty, personal care, and home and kitchen spaces.
  • The firm has completed 15 acquisitions including Abhishti, Doggie Dabbas, Frangipani, Hipkoo The Life Label, Voylla, and Leafy among others since it launched in 2021.
  • Winter Capital, 9Unicorns, Venture Catalysts, Vivriti Capital, and Oxyzo among others invested in the round.
