The company will use the capital to expand its cross-border payments, digital financial services, and AI-powered solutions for businesses worldwide.

Noida-based banking software startup BusinessNext secured $40 million in Series C funding from ServiceNow Ventures. The investment values the company at $700 million and will support the development of its autonomous banking platform and Private AI capabilities.
