Take Blip, a Brazil-based digital messaging service provider has raised $70 million in its Series B round led by Warburg Pincus.

  • The funds will be used for building out its products, mergers and acquisitions, and customer acquisition.
  • Take Blip helps brands and businesses get customer feedback, monitor performance, and structure their marketing journeys using AI and business messaging platforms.
  • The 20-year old firm reached $100 million in annual recurring revenue this quarter, it claims.
  • It provides automated conversation chatbots for Coca Cola and Nestle among many other customers.
