iQOO is putting a strong focus on performance and battery life with the new iQOO Z11, which launched in India on August 20, 2026. It comes with a 7,050mAh battery, a 144Hz curved AMOLED display and MediaTek’s Dimensity 7500 Turbo chipset, alongside a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera with OIS and several AI-powered features.

The phone starts at ₹34,999 ($370) for the 6GB + 128GB model and goes up to ₹49,999 ($520) for the 12GB + 256GB version. It goes on sale on August 25 through Amazon, iQOO's own store and Reliance Digital

That puts it in one of India’s most competitive smartphone segments, where it will go up against established options such as the OnePlus Nord 5. How that pricing holds up against those rivals will therefore be an important part of the Z11's appeal.

Here’s all you need to know about iQOO’s latest budget phone.

The battery and display are the big selling points

Battery life is one of the areas where iQOO is trying to give the Z11 an edge. The 7,050mAh battery is paired with the company's Super Battery Saver feature, which is designed to extend usage when the charge is running low. Charging is capped at 44W, however, which is slower than several rivals in this segment.

The Indian model also differs from versions sold in other markets. The global version, for example, has a 9,020mAh battery and a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, while the Indian model uses the Dimensity 7500 Turbo.

On the front, the Z11 has a 6.83-inch curved AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It reaches 2,000 nits in High Brightness Mode and up to 5,000 nits at peak, which could make the screen easier to see outdoors.

Performance and AI features

The Z11 will be among the first phones in India to use MediaTek's Dimensity 7500 Turbo processor. iQOO is positioning the chip around performance, multitasking and AI processing, making it relevant to both everyday users and gamers.

AI is also a major part of the software experience. AI Creation can help with tasks such as summarising documents, refining assignments and generating content. AI Captions supports transcription and translation, while Circle to Search lets users search for information directly from what is displayed on the screen.

What to expect from the cameras

The main camera uses a 50MP Sony IMX882 sensor with optical image stabilisation, alongside an 8MP ultra-wide lens, while the front camera has a 32MP sensor.

OIS should help reduce blur caused by hand movement when taking photographs or recording video, particularly in lower-light conditions. However, buyers interested in photography should look beyond the main sensor and consider the wider camera setup, especially if they regularly take landscape, group or travel photographs.
