TSMC, the world’s largest chip contract manufacturer, reported a decline in revenue in its financial results for the second quarter ended June 2023. Revenue reached NT$480.8 billion ($15.38 billion), a 10% decline compared to the same period last year, according to company data.

Alongside the decline in revenue, TSMC also reported a 23.3% year-on-year decrease in net profit, falling to NT$181.8 billion ($5.82 billion) for the second quarter.
