Walmart is quietly rolling out a new set of streaming devices under its Onn brand, including the Onn 4K Pro and an updated Onn 4K Streaming Stick, both powered by Google TV.
After weeks of retail leaks, listings for the devices are now appearing more widely online and in select stores across the U.S. While the company has not announced an official launch date, the growing availability suggests a full release is imminent. As with previous Onn products, the rollout appears to be gradual rather than tied to a single launch moment.
What’s launching
The new lineup includes two devices aimed at slightly different users: a compact streaming stick and a more powerful set-top box. Both are designed to turn any TV into a smart TV or improve the experience on existing 4K sets with faster performance and a cleaner interface.
Running on Google TV, the devices come with access to popular streaming apps, built-in Chromecast support, voice search, and integration with Google’s broader ecosystem, including smart home controls.
What’s new

The biggest upgrades are found in the Onn 4K Pro. The device comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, a notable step up for this price range and a direct response to one of the most common issues with budget streamers: limited storage and sluggish performance over time.
It also supports Wi-Fi 6 and includes an Ethernet port, offering more stable connectivity for streaming. Additional features include a USB-C power input, a USB-A port for accessories, and a redesigned remote with backlit buttons and a “Find My Remote” function.
Beyond streaming, the Pro model also leans into smart home functionality. With built-in support for Matter over Thread and a far-field microphone system, it can act as a lightweight hub for connected devices, expanding its role beyond just media consumption.
Pricing and positioning
Pricing for the new devices is still somewhat unclear. Early listings place the 4K streaming stick at around $39.88 and the 4K Pro at $59.88, although some in-store purchases suggest the stick could launch closer to $20. These inconsistencies are likely to be resolved once Walmart formally confirms pricing.
Even at the higher end of those estimates, the devices are positioned to undercut much of the competition. The expected pricing would place them below many comparable options while offering relatively strong specifications.
