Mexico's smartphone market experienced a challenging year in 2022, with Q4 shipments dropping 21% year-over-year, and the total addressable market (TAM) decreasing by 7%, according to Counterpoint Research's Market Monitor service.
With the second-largest smartphone market in Latin America, Mexico has traditionally been a popular location for OEMs to launch their Latin America operations.
