Tesla reported 1.31 million electric vehicle deliveries in its published fourth-quarter vehicle production and delivery report for year-end 2022 missing its goal of achieving 50% growth year-over-year.  

Analysts were hoping for a robust 1.8 million delivery in the year, the automaker had also set a goal of 50% growth for the year 2022 and needed to deliver 1.4 million in 2022 in order to meet its goal, but fell short of expectations.
